Meet the Founder

Coach Green has spent over a decade teaching senior fitness. He has logged 3,000+ hours leading balance, fall prevention, and group fitness classes, in addition to 7,000+ one-on-one senior personal training sessions. He holds a degree in Kinesiology and received accredidation by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). His passion is helping seniors stay steady, active, and independent through science-backed, senior-friendly workouts.
